Our Corporate Leadership Programs provide Elite achievers, CEO’s, and C-suite executives powerful experiential programs that have participants generate a context that has students exercising leadership effectively as their natural self-expression. To further clarify : a context that has the power in any leadership situation to shape the way in which the circumstances the students are dealing with occur for them such that their naturally correlated way of being and acting is one of being a leader and exercising leadership effectively. Students don’t leave “knowing” or “understanding” the concepts of leadership, rather they leave “BEING” an effective leader.

About Shane English
Shane English is Stuart Lichtman’s Master Licensee and chosen successor for teaching Cybernetic Transposition (CT) to the world — the sole, exclusive worldwide licensor of the CT technology.
Before personal development became his life’s work, Shane spent years in corporate management, including a senior leadership role overseeing Service Center Operations for FedEx Corporation, managing a team of more than 500 employees at one of the company’s major freight centers in the United States. That operational, results-driven background still shapes how he teaches CT today — not as abstract theory, but as a disciplined, repeatable system for producing real outcomes.
Since 2005, Shane has worked as a master trainer, leading experiential, transformational training and coaching programs around the world, with the past decade focused predominantly in Asia from a base in Hong Kong. His work spans team building, managerial effectiveness, shared purpose and vision, and managing change — with a track record of measurably improving performance and productivity for the organizations he works with.
His training style is distinct: an intensity balanced with compassion and humor that helps participants move beyond self-imposed limitations. Shane interrupts fixed mindsets and automatic patterns while holding a safe environment built on empathy and trust — creating room for participants to see clearly what drives their choices and to grow beyond it. Beyond the corporate arena, he is regarded as an expert in organizational development and family dynamics, having spent years working with families and teens in crisis across the U.S., Asia, Mexico, Jamaica, and Central America.
This depth of experience is what caught Stuart Lichtman’s attention. In his 2025 book Cash in a Flash, Lichtman writes:

Since 2021, Shane has led CT’s worldwide operations and delivery, running the program across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Kuala Lumpur through QuantumLeap Consulting (QLC). As the only person authorized to license and teach CT worldwide, he is now focused on carrying the work to a global audience — while continuing to personally train students throughout Asia.
